For nearly 150 years and five generations, Serratelli has represented excellence and tradition in hat making. Our story began in 1878 when Pio Serratelli came from Italy, bringing with him a time-tested process for crafting top-quality fur felts. Together with his son, he founded P. Serratelli’s Sons, and built his reputation as one of the best hat artisans in the business. Today, the Serratelli family continues this legacy, using only the finest materials to create premium cowboy hats.

Our dedication to craftsmanship has been perfected over generations and every Serratelli hat is still meticulously crafted by hand. Each hat body is carefully selected, blocked, shaped, and finished by a team of over 50 skilled artisans in our workshop.
